I strongly recommend Evolve for your design requirements. Upon moving to Nanaimo I completely gutted my condo and they were able to design and help carry out renovations that have given me a place that I greatly enjoy living in. They are great at consulting but also very good at showing initiative when required. They took what could have been a difficult project and made it simple. They are also very cost effective at identifying areas where saving can be made.
