Where do I start with this one? My client had been using this room as a dumping ground for ‘stuff’ for a long time and was ready for a purge and fresh start to the room. She was in desperate need of storage and organization and to transform this space into a room she could enjoy entertaining, watching movies, exercising and doing some work from home. We knew the dated fireplace (and drapes!!) needed to go. With a newspaper clipping and a paint colour selected we had a jumping off point.
As I have worked with this client before I knew she wasn’t afraid of colour but initially I suggested a more tone down light green to pull in the outdoor space…she decided she need more pop and chose Charlotte’s Locks from the Farrow & Ball collection. Pairing that with some navy blues and maple cabinetry it really married well together.
